How To Participate:
- The offer is valid on a minimum spend of Rs 100/-
- To participate in the offer, please show the bills of purchase from any Cube Stop Counter (Dakshin Diner, Turban Tandoor, Chai Thela, Hindfarms) to our staff to avail of offer coupon codes. To increase the chances of winning, participants will get one (01) coupon for every spend of Rs 100/-, rounded down to the nearest 100. For example, for a total purchase of Rs 630, a participant will get six (06) coupon codes. Similarly for a purchase of Rs. 690, a participant will get six (06) coupon codes.
- To be eligible for a win, please follow one or more of our Social Media Pages (Youtube, Instagram, Facebook) and Take a picture of the coupon code and share it on your social profile and tag “Cube Stop” and add hashtag #Cubestop
- The winners will be announced every Monday on our social media pages.
- Participation in the offer is not a guarantee of winning the offer.
- There will be one winner per week during the Offer Period.
- The winner will be selected randomly through a draw of lots.
- The Prize will be delivered/shipped to the winners as per the regular lead time after the announcement of winners.
Terms & Conditions
- Coupons are non-encashable, non-negotiable, and non-transferable.
- The offer is weekly. Duration (number of weeks) of the offer shall be determined solely by Cube Stop.
- All the participants shall ensure that the mobile number(s), e-mail address, and/or other details provided by them to us are true, accurate, and in use, at the time of the participation. Any liability, consequence, or claim arising on account of any incorrect or outdated information provided by the Customers shall solely be borne by the affected/concerned Customers. Cube Stop shall not and is not obligated or liable to verify the accuracy and/or correctness of the information so provided by the Customers.
- Cube Stop employees, their relatives , vendors, partners, service providers or people associated with Cube.Stop in any commercial manner (such as tenants and their staff) are not allowed to participate in the Offer.
- Cube Stop shall not be liable for any loss or damage due to Act of God, Governmental actions, force majeure circumstances, or any other reason beyond its control, and shall not be liable to pay any monetary compensation or otherwise for the same.
- Customers hereby agree that Cube Stop has the sole right to decide all matters and disputes arising from this Offer and that all decisions of Cube Stop are final and binding.
- Any direct or indirect tax applicable to the account of the winner shall be the sole responsibility of the winner.
- These Terms and Conditions shall be governed in accordance with the applicable laws in India. Courts at Chennai shall have the exclusive jurisdiction to settle any dispute that may arise under this T&C.
- Cube Stop shall contact the winners via email or call within 7 days of announcing the results on the company’s social media pages.
- Cube Stop reserves the right to amend, modify, cancel, update or withdraw this offer at any time without notice. Upon such premature suspension, inconvenience, cessation, withdrawal, termination, or closure of the Offer by Cube Stop no person shall be entitled to claim loss of any kind whatsoever.
- Offer or prize shall not be settled in cash and is not transferable.
